Description
- Monitor held accounts.
- Notify merchant to inform on exceeding chargeback threshold, obtain reduction plan and rebuttal documentation.
- Responsible for answering/returning merchant calls and emails.
- Review and analyze cardholder dispute documentation on card brand sites and download electronic file for record keeping purposes.
- Review merchant rebuttal to verify legibility, supporting documentation addressing the dispute reason code and countering the cardholder’s claim.
- Representment merchant rebuttal documentation to issuer/card brand.
- Decision making on a regular basis, exercises good judgment and assumes responsibility for decisions.
Qualifications
- Clean background and credit history required.
- Handle confidential information with proper security measures.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, attention to detail and problem solving.
- Maintain a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and ensure accuracy.
- Computer literate with excellent skills in MS Windows and Office.
