Description
- Monitor held accounts.
- Notify merchant to inform on exceeding chargeback threshold, obtain reduction plan and rebuttal documentation.
- Responsible for answering / returning merchant calls and emails.
- Review and analyze cardholder dispute documentation on card brand sites and download electronic file for record keeping purposes.
- Review merchant rebuttal to verify legibility, supporting documentation addressing the dispute reason code and countering the cardholder's claim.
- Representment merchant rebuttal documentation to issuer / card brand.
- Decision making on a regular basis, exercises good judgment and assumes responsibility for decisions.
