As an Account Executive, you should showcase excellent communication and negotiation skills. You should also act proactively to address clients’ needs and guide the sales process from the beginning to the end.
As Electronic Merchant Systems (EMS) continues to grow in the Boston community, we are looking for sales rockstars to deliver world-class service to merchants throughout the New England area. This position is an outside/field sales role with the ability to work anywhere within the 6 New England states in a remote but supported structure.
EMS is 100% dedicated to sculpting your sales craft, expanding product lines and service offerings, and assisting our Account Executives in achieving their financial goals. First Year Account Executives can anticipate an OTE range of $65,000- S90,000 (based on achieving targeted goals with bonuses and commissions included). Exceeding targets may result in a six-figure income (with commissions and bonuses).
The Account Executive Sales role is an exciting opportunity to exceed each merchant’s expectations. This is a True Hunter position with the ability to tackle BTB sales in practically any vertical in this fast-paced market. You will have internal support systems in place to provide follow-up and lead assistance, rate analysis and presentation guidance, closing assistance, installation help, and customer service support. Qualifications
· Ability to invest and grow EMS presence in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Maine, and Vermont
· Strong work ethic with the ability to overcome objections and build trust
· Solution selling mentality, providing the best solutions for our merchants
· Ability to develop a plan and execute it on a daily basis to build a pipeline of satisfied merchants
· B2B Sales Experience with excellent communication and networking skills
· Ability to manage time and hold yourself accountable for production and results
· 1-3 years of outside sales experience preferred
