Location: Remote based in Boston, MA
Hours/Contract: Full Time, will require some flexibility including evenings & weekends on occasion
Physical requirements: Ability to lift 50 lbs, able to participate in booth set up and break down & stand up to 8 hours on your feet
Travel requirements: Up to 75% travel within the assigned territory. Most travel will be local or regional, with field days expected 4 days per week. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, a reliable form of transportation, and live within one hour of a major U.S. airport.

Your Responsibilities As The Account Executive
- Meet/exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual territory sales & new business goals
- Represent HydroPeptide with the highest levels of professionalism
- Develop and execute meaningful, profitable business plans with existing accounts to grow account business to its full potential
- Identify, manage, and execute prospecting opportunities that lead to profitable growth
- Ensure all account notes are accurate and properly entered in Salesforce.
- Stay current with HydroPeptide product education
- Proactively identify changes in industry, sales delivery systems, and competitive pressures to develop and modify strategies and tactics accordingly
- Train new and existing accounts on HydroPeptide products and protocols
- Develop and execute special events in accounts to drive incremental sales and brand loyalty
- Attend sales meetings, seminars, and conferences as appropriate
- Attend tradeshows as appropriate
- Other responsibilities as required and as the position evolves
Skills & Experience You Bring to the Table:
- B2B Sales Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven success in business-to-business sales, aligning with our core value of High Performance and showcasing a track record of exceeding targets while maintaining a commitment to excellence.
- Med Spa or Medical Practice Experience: Previous experience in a medical spa or medical practice setting, demonstrating an understanding of aesthetic treatments, and the ability to effectively communicate with medical professionals.
- Territory Management: Proven experience in managing a multi-state territory, demonstrating strategic thinking and a focus on cultivating and nurturing relationships in line with our commitment to Clinical Results.
- Sales Target Orientation: Strong commitment to not only meeting but consistently surpassing HydroPeptide's business objectives and sales targets, reflecting our core value of Clinical Results.

- Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of Windows and the Microsoft Office suite
- Esthetician license
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Acumatica, and/or Power BI, including practical knowledge and hands-on experience with each platform.
- Well-versed in creating and managing a social media profile by curating organic content and sharing corporate updates
