- Drive the growth of the Partner Channel through managing existing relationships as well as developing new relationships
- Support partners in expanding and enhancing their portfolios with EMS
- Provide customized support to drive sales growth
- Continuous communication with partners, serving as a resource to them and their teams
- Think outside the box to formulate marketing and sales agendas
- Provide training on products and services
- Become knowledgeable in all departments at EMS
