Project Leadership
- Drive complex payment technology projects from inception to successful delivery
- Manage project resources, and stakeholder expectations
- Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring regulatory compliance
- Create and maintain project documentation and reporting
- Lead cross-functional teams across multiple payment initiatives
Agile Excellence
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and remove team impediments
- Coach teams on agile best practices and continuous improvement
- Ensure transparency through effective use of agile metrics
- Foster self-organization and cross-functional collaboration
- Guard team focus and sprint commitments
Required Experience
- 5 years of project management in fintech/payment processing
- 3 years as Scrum Master with software development teams
- Track record of successful project delivery in regulated environments
- PMP or Scrum Master certifications (CSM/PSM) preferred
Technical Foundation
- Proficiency in project management tools
- Experience with payment processing systems
- Understanding of software development lifecycle
