We are offering an exciting opportunity in the fintech/payment processing industry for a Project Manager & Scrum Master, based in Cleveland, Ohio. This role will involve managing projects, overseeing software development teams, and ensuring successful project delivery in regulated environments.
Responsibilities:
Guide software development teams in applying Scrum principles and methodologies
Manage fintech/payment processing projects from conception to completion
Ensure all projects adhere to regulatory standards and requirements
Use your PMP and Agile skills to improve project efficiency and effectiveness
Leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) knowledge to optimize project outcomes
Handle project delivery in regulated environments, ensuring all standards are met
Assist with the preparation and maintenance of project management certification (PMP)
Oversee the successful delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
Use your Scrum Master skills to improve team productivity and project outcomes
Employ Program Management techniques to streamline project processes and workflows.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and Scrum Master roles
Must hold a PMP Certification
Demonstrated expertise in program management
Proficiency in Agile methodologies
Experience or knowledge in Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a plus
