Core Responsibilities

Project Leadership

• Drive complex payment technology projects from inception to successful delivery
• Manage project resources, and stakeholder expectations
• Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring regulatory compliance
• Create and maintain project documentation and reporting
• Lead cross-functional teams across multiple payment initiatives
  
  

Agile Excellence

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and remove team impediments
• Coach teams on agile best practices and continuous improvement
• Ensure transparency through effective use of agile metrics
• Foster self-organization and cross-functional collaboration
• Guard team focus and sprint commitments
  
  

Required Experience

• 5 years of project management in fintech/payment processing
• 3 years as Scrum Master with software development teams
• Track record of successful project delivery in regulated environments
• PMP or Scrum Master certifications (CSM/PSM) preferred
  
  

Technical Foundation

• Proficiency in project management tools
• Experience with payment processing systems
• Understanding of software development lifecycle
• Knowledge of agile metrics and reporting
