Duties
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, typing, and data entry to maintain organized records.
- Assist in managing office communications, including answering phones and responding to emails.
- Perform data entry into monitoring programs
- Making appointments with clients
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Install monitoring devices on clients
Qualifications
- Proficient in computerized programs for data entry
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for effective file management.
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently while handling multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with office practices and procedures.
