Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our customer base within a designated territory. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for sales and the ability to effectively communicate our value proposition to potential customers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective territory management strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Conduct cold calling to identify and engage potential clients, introducing them to our products and services.
  • Manage existing accounts while actively seeking new business opportunities within your territory.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Utilize software tools, including Salesforce, for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment with company goals.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the needs of prospective clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Skills

  • Proven experience in business development with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent account management skills with the ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on understanding client needs and delivering solutions.
  • Proficient in using software applications for sales tracking and reporting.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in territory sales is preferred but not required; a willingness to learn is essential.

Pay: $58,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
