The ideal Candidate will have the following:
Oracle EBS hands on full cycle implementation experience.
10 or more years of experience as a Project Manager.
5 or more years in a role managing large multi-departmental programs in complex stakeholder environments with enterprise-wide services.
Experienced with the practical application of principals as outlined in the PMI Project Management Body of Knowledge.
Strong background in leading large scale, muti-stakeholder, project teams in delivering all aspects of the project including change management and communication plans.
Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, lead and control project activities to deliver a product and complete deliverables within a specific budget and timeframe in a large-scale project.
Demonstrated experience managing and controlling day-to-day project activities, issues, risks, quality, and budgets in complex environments with competing project priorities.
Ability to monitor and measure project performance against planned performance and take corrective action as necessary to stay on track.
Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams including functional and technical resources.
Knowledge of business practices, workflow analysis, business systems design, and process re-engineering.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including presentation skills, and the ability to synthesize technical data for non-technical audiences, to present to key stakeholder groups including executives, department directors, internal and external partners, and elected officials or their designees.
Proven experience creating and maintaining program level documentation including scope and change control, aligning multiple schedules with a critical path, budget to actual burn down reporting, and managing resource plans.
Proficiency in reporting status to multiple levels, risk analysis, key decision tracking, and issue tracking.
Positive attitude towards project team and leadership, ability to learn from mistakes, and proactively seeks feedback.
Demonstrated ability to successfully manage conflict resulting in positive outcomes.
Demonstrated proficiency working with MS Project, MS Teams, Smartsheet, and developing schedules to manage and track large projects, as well as experience developing other project control documents for managing a program.

Description of Task/Service:
The Candidate selected for this work order will be responsible for the following tasks:
Define and manage project documentation related to scope, schedule, budget and quality management of project deliverable and controls aligned with accepted industry project management standards.
Engage and build consensus among a diverse group of stakeholders to support team members in identifying and recommending appropriate solution options considering business needs and priorities.
Manage and control day-to-day project activities to meet strategic objectives and are in accordance with County wide guidelines, policies, and practices:
o Including and not limited to project scope management, schedule, budget, quality, risks, assumptions, issues, decisions, change management, and communication plans.
Effectively communicate and compile/present oral or written reports to all levels and functions of the organization, including department directors, external partners or vendors, and executive leadership.

o Including organizing and leading Steering Committee, stand-ups, and other project meetings.
Establish, track, and report on project metrics and measures related to overall project health/status, completion/acceptance of key deliverables, project budget, etc.

Provide exceptional delivery through deployment and hypercare.
