Knowledge of advanced NAT, PAT, and other advanced firewall administration

Knowledge of network security principles

Knowledge of VPN administration

Knowledge of AWS Cloud Infrastructure

Knowledge of Azure Cloud Infrastructure

Knowledge of DNS

Knowledge of Load Balancers

Knowledge of DHCP Administration

Candidate shall provide a Network Architect to work as the primary point of contact with the State. As a part of its duties, Network Architect will attend an agreed upon number of informational and status meetings and, when appropriate, call and lead such meetings. Such meetings may include the Project Management Team, the Contract Administrator, other consultants, elected officials, and other stakeholders as designated by the State. The Candidate Network Architect shall work directly with the Chief Technology Officer to define, manage, and control the project scope, timeline, issue escalation and resolution processes. Candidate shall deliver written status reports on a weekly basis.

Cisco ASA/Firepower, Palo Alto NGFW, IPS, IDS, Remote Connectivity, various monitoring systems, complex networking & firewall configuration, expert troubleshooting of multiple systems.
