The scope of the proposed services will include the following:
Assist the State in design and updates of user training material for Office of Community Development Disaster Recovery Unit (OCD DRU) use of Intelligrants for disaster recovery grants management based on complexity of State use
Work directly with Applications Program Manager to ensure OCD DRU end users are able to successfully use the Intelligrants grants management software.
Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory:
Experience in Intelligrants grant management software functionality
Good customer service in operational use of Intelligrants
Good customer service in operational use of Intelligrants
Programming Languages: ASP.NET, JavaScript, and SQL.
Database Management: Microsoft SQL Server.
Development Tools: Microsoft Visual Studio.
Operating Systems: Windows-based environments.
Database Management: Microsoft SQL Server.
Development Tools: Microsoft Visual Studio.
Operating Systems: Windows-based environments.
