About Us and Why We're Hiring
We are a well-established general dental practice that has been in business since 2005. Dr. Eleisha Nickoles took over the 30 year practice of the previous dentist and has been in Wheeling since 2010. We pride ourselves in our culture and core values. Our office is growing, and we are looking for an experienced financial/insurance coordinator for our front desk. Being well-organized with great attention to detail is a must. You should be able to follow instructions and respect dental office culture. We want you to be skilled in providing excellent patient care and we do our best to offer all resources necessary to make office procedures run as smooth as possible. The candidate must be coachable and willing to learn. They should have no problem with team trainings and personal growth. The goal is to be not just a team, but a family too.
We are profitable, bootstrapped, and growing. We have one overarching requirement when it comes to joining our team; Our original Core Values have to really click with you. If you're nodding emphatically while reading them, you'll probably really like it here, and we can't wait to hear from you!
Core Value #1: Compassion - Put yourself in the other person’s shoes. Don’t judge, try to find out the root of why. Exhibiting thoughtfulness, both professionally and personally, to let them know what is best. Listening and hearing the patient, giving credibility to what they are saying. Always being kind and helpful. We will always exhibit a positive and upbeat attitude while in the presence of our patients, whether on the phone or in person. Sending out thank you cards when a patient is sincere or sympathy card when a patient is hurting.
Core Value #2: Respect - We respect our patients and each other. Treat people the way we would like to be treated, even if it is difficult. Respect the practice and equipment like it is yours.
Core Value #3: Integrity - Be able to give your word and keep it. Do what is right. Integrity is what you do when no one is looking.
Core Value #4: Trust - Trust everyone to do their job. Having confidence and being on the same page instills trust for the patient. Always keeping things confidential and not gossiping, both with patients and co-workers.
Core Value #5: Teamwork - No one can run this practice all by themselves. It takes everyone doing their hired jobs but also goes above that by helping each other. No one is above any task that needs done so that we can bond as a team.
We live by our Core Values. We are passionate about creating a welcoming, supportive and collaborative environment for all employees. All are encouraged to apply as we continue to grow a smart, hard-working, and diverse team who loves working together to build something that matters.
