The Orlando Traffic Design Team Lead will receive support from ELEMENT’s robust and talented Tampa Traffic Team as ELEMENT steadily and strategically grows operations in Orlando. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve as the leader of the Orlando Traffic Design Team
- Direct and assist traffic analyses using current best practices with a focus on Vision Zero principles and the Safe System approach
- Direct and assist the production of signing and pavement marking and signal plans in accordance with FDOT standards
- Conduct field reviews
- Perform quality control reviews
- Effectively communicate and coordinate with clients and colleagues
- Train and mentor junior team members
- Support marketing pursuits and business development efforts
- Assist with recruiting efforts for the Orlando office and ELEMENT Traffic Team
- Engage the Orlando Traffic Design Team to support retention and employee satisfaction
