What You Will Be Doing
- Support cross-functional business initiatives and contribute to process improvement efforts
- Support the planning and execution of internal projects across multiple departments
- Assist with the preparation and delivery of internal reports and presentations
- Analyze data to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and support decision-making
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve communication
- Contribute to internal meetings by organizing agendas, taking notes, and tracking action items
- Assist in planning and coordinating events, workshops, and other company gatherings.
- Help maintain documentation and ensure consistent reporting and communication standards.
- Currently enrolled in a university program, ideally in Business, Communications, HR, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable crafting messages and presenting information clearly to team members.
- Strong interpersonal skills and eagerness to work with different teams.
- Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously while staying organized and detail oriented.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and able to learn new tools quickly.
- Comfortable in a dynamic environment. Willing to adapt as priorities change and eager to gain exposure to various business functions.
