About the Role
The Director, IT, plays a critical role in transforming healthcare delivery through strategic leadership, technology integration, and cross-provider collaboration.
As a senior leader, you will oversee the strategic development, performance, and growth of the CIN—ensuring healthcare providers have the tools, data, and systems to deliver high-quality patient care while meeting financial and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Operations
- Lead the day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless coordination among network providers.
- Develop and execute short- and long-term strategic plans to drive network performance.
- Report directly to senior leadership on budget planning, resource allocation, and operational improvements.
Technology & Data Integration
- Oversee the integration of healthcare IT systems, enabling efficient care coordination.
- Manage data aggregation and analytics to ensure providers can access real-time insights.
- Implement digital tools to improve patient outcomes and provider collaboration.
Contracting & Partnerships
- Negotiate and manage value-based contracts with payers and healthcare organizations.
- Expand and strengthen provider relationships to grow the CIN’s impact and efficiency.
- Represent Element at local, regional, and national industry events.
Quality & Compliance
- Drive performance monitoring and reporting, ensuring compliance with clinical integration standards.
- Oversee quality improvement initiatives and strategic growth plans.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, insurance applications, and financial audits.

Qualifications
Required:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- 7 years of progressive leadership experience, preferably in healthcare operations or IT.
- 3 years of project management experience or PMP certification.
- Strong background in healthcare IT, digital transformation, or clinical integration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications and data-driven decision-making.
Preferred:
- Experience with healthcare IT platforms like Sunwave, Medisked, or Caseworthy.
- Familiarity with data management, cybersecurity, or risk assessment in healthcare.

Pay: $85,670.00 - $97,000.00 per year
