Who are we looking for?
Testing materials and finished products to ensure they conform to all applicable ISO and company standards. Quality Analysts test products across the three stages of production (before, in-process, and final) to ensure quality levels are met. QC Tech will test production, waste treatment, and raw material samples on various laboratory equipment, including pH, titration, plating, AA, ICP, IC, UV, HPLC, and CVS. In addition, the tech will enter data into SAP and calculate batch adjustments. QC tech should have a college degree, which includes laboratory bench training.
What will you be doing?
- Perform acceptance test on receiving material, in- process intermediates and Finished Goods
- Analyzing customer RTV / in house retain samples to support customer complaints investigation and or process troubleshooting
- Support QC measurements for engineering studies, product scale up and Technology transfer
- Review SPC trend and highlight any trend abnormality to production engineering
- Issue Production Batch Ticket to production via JDE ARS system
- Advise on rework procedure to Production
- Conduct Calibration and Maintenance of Laboratory equipment
- Conduct periodic Measurement System Analysis
- Liaise with vendor on Maintenance, Calibration, Troubleshooting and of Lab equipment
- Generate monthly SPC report for customers
- Generate COA (LIMS)
- Generate Monthly scrap report
- Internal Auditor for Management system (QMS / EMS / OHSAS)
- Ensure good housekeeping of the laboratory at all times
- Any other tasks as and when assigned.
- Able to perform overtime when required
