Experienced Sales Representative – Industrial Tooling & Manufacturing Solutions

Position Summary:
Element is seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales Representative with a proven track record of leveraging existing relationships to generate new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will focus on identifying and developing new accounts within the manufacturing, industrial, and production sectors. You’ll be responsible for growing revenue through consultative sales while promoting Element’s unique value proposition: innovative design, rapid response, fast turnaround, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to penetrate new accounts and expand Element’s client base.

Leverage existing industry relationships to identify and close new opportunities.

Act as the primary point of contact for prospective clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Present and promote Element’s offerings, including custom tooling, lift assist devices, material handling systems, and contract manufacturing services.

Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to ensure alignment between client needs and deliverables.

Maintain a detailed pipeline of leads and prospects, utilizing CRM tools to track progress.

Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to establish and grow connections.


Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within the manufacturing, industrial equipment, or engineering services sectors.

Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

A deep understanding of industrial tooling, material handling systems, and/or custom manufacturing processes is a plus.

Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Proficiency with CRM software and sales management tools.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
