Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email.
- Assist customers with inquiries, order status, and product-related questions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about product updates and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Strong computer and phone skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
