This is a full-time on-site Customer Service Representative role located in North Dartmouth, MA. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing an excellent customer experience on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in customer service roles is a plus
- Knowledge of insurance policies and procedures is beneficial
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Property & Casualty licensed is preferred but not mandatory.
