Responsibilities
- Assemble components and products according to specifications and schematics.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively to fabricate parts as required.
- Perform electrical wiring tasks, ensuring compliance with IPC 610 standards.
- Conduct quality checks on assembled products, including the use of an ohmmeter for testing.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues during the assembly process.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while working with machinery and tools.
Requirements
- Proven experience in assembly work, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Proficiency in using power tools, hand tools, and machining equipment.
- Familiarity with electrical wiring techniques and IPC 610 standards is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift components as needed.
