We are hiring a 2nd shift Maintenance Supervisor at a manufacturing facility for one of our clients!
The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily tasks related to production equipment and the building/facility.
In this role, they supervise and coordinate the efforts of employees engaged in repairing and maintaining the building, equipment, and machinery. The position entails close collaboration with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to ensure they have access to the optimal physical resources within their budget constraints.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the maintenance operations of the facility
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and ensure they are followed
- Plan and schedule maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency
- Manage a team of maintenance technicians and provide guidance and support
- Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements or replacements as needed
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, costs, and inventory
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in maintenance with in a Manufacturing Setting a MUST
- Solid mechanical knowledge and understanding of industrial maintenance practices
- Familiarity with reading schematics and working with logic controllers

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Maintenance management: 5 years (Preferred)
- CMMS: 1 year (Preferred)
- Facilities maintenance: 5 years (Preferred)
- Microsoft Office: 5 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Certified Facility Manager (Preferred)
