Job Overview
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet the required quality standards and specifications. This role involves conducting inspections, tests, and analyses to maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies. The Quality Assurance Inspector will play a crucial role in upholding the integrity of our manufacturing processes and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to verify compliance with quality standards.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers to perform detailed measurements.
- Analyze inspection results and document findings accurately in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards.
- Operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) for precise measurements of complex parts.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement in quality management processes.
- Ensure adherence to CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) throughout all stages of production.
- Fabricate test samples as required for quality assurance testing.
- Prepare detailed reports on inspection outcomes and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
Skills
- Strong understanding of quality management systems, including ISO 9001 and ISO 13485.
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and CMM.
- Ability to analyze data effectively to identify trends or issues in product quality.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Familiarity with Injection molding.
- Previous experience in a quality assurance role is a plus.
