Element2 is excited to connect with experienced accounting professionals for a Senior Staff Accountant opportunity! This role offers a competitive salary of $80,000 - $85,000 and is an onsite position with a dynamic and well established organization.
Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Senior Staff Accountant to support our client’s financial operations. This role will be responsible for general ledger management, financial reporting, reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and analyze financial statements, including month-end and year-end processes
- Oversee reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll processing
- Ensure compliance with GAAP standards and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support strategic financial initiatives
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a mid-sized or large organization
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems and Excel
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and organizational skills
