Element6's client is looking for a Senior Business Data Analyst to join their team in Brookfield, WI. This role drives, supports, and enables change through process improvement and delivery of technology. The Senior Business Data Analyst leads project initiation, process design, requirements, functional design, and test phases of projects. The Senior Business Data Analyst is a key relationship manager with business stakeholders and collaborates with team members to ensure projects and solutions meet business objectives.Requirements : Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 5 years of Information Technology Business Analyst experience in both project delivery and support roles; experience with data projects required. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.Strong understanding of data, databases, reporting, and data extract files.Strong experience in developing scope and requirements; translating and documenting functional and non-functional business needs into requirements or user stories, including acceptance criteria and traceability through full project lifecycle.Proven experience in test management, planning, and execution.Strong facilitation and negotiation skills.Experience with multiple delivery methodologies, including Agile, Iterative, and Waterfall.Experience with process flow development and process reengineering.Strong relationship management and customer service skills.Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and solution development skills.Project management and / or Scrum Master experience required.Excellent written and verbal communication skills; solid presentation skills.Must have a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures as they relate to this position.
