The following characteristics are important for consideration:
EXPERIENCE
- At least three years of successful experience as Principal is preferred
- Completion of professional credits in educational leadership, administration and/or curriculum and instruction at or above the Master's Degree is preferred
PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS
- An ethical administrator who deals with others in an honest and forthright manner and possesses a style that encourages trust among all segments of the staff and community
- Hold high expectations of self and others, especially students in accountability, honesty, accessibility, involvement and commitment to the District and its students
- Ability to exhibit sensitivity to diverse views and opinions, understand rural area needs and to articulate the mission of the District to its residents
- Willingness to be accessible and to deal openly with members of the Governing Board, Superintendent, media and the community

Salary : $67,227 - $90,000
