POSITION SUMMARY
Do you have an entrepreneurial spirit and experience successfully managing teams in a service industry? Join Elements Car Wash as a Site General Manager! The Site General Manager directs and coordinates all daily operations and is responsible for providing guidance, leadership, and training to the customer experience team.

Proven ability to cope with conflict, stress and crisis situations through effective problem-solving and mediation skills. Oversee compliance to established policies, procedures and guidelines, and ensure financial accountability.

THIS IS WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO DO EACH DAY
● Providing leadership and management to ensure that the mission and core values of the Company are put into practice
● Supporting the leadership team in developing business strategies and new business opportunities
● Assisting in development of forms and tools to increase company efficiency and risk management
● Sharing vision regarding overall success and health of the company
● Directly supervising site team; carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws
● Effectively managing through clear, direct, and respectful communication
● Working with the leadership team to establish organizational goals and objectives to support our growth vision
● Ensure business opening, closing and car wash processes are completed efficiently, following Elements Car Wash procedures
● Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with equipment

● Fostering a success-oriented, accountable environment within the Company
● Encouraging a fun and creative environment for team members to thrive
● Review and respond to customer reviews through online channels
● Performing other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND BEHAVIORS)
● High school diploma or general education degree (GED); college degree and/or experience in business management a plus
● Experience with or willingness to learn Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other computer software programs
● Strong ability to manage site operations independently
● Willingness to do whatever it takes to ensure operations are managed properly and successfully every day - including but NOT limited to: working late to ensure site issues are resolved, working weekends, covering shifts during short staffing events, being on-call for assistant manager and shift lead questions, staying on-site during equipment failures - overseeing operations until a fix is in place, working with vendors as needed to ensure equipment failures are resolved.

● Ability to understand and speak with leadership team members about site financials, KPIs and other specified metrics
● Ability to inspire and motivate others to perform well, and accept feedback from others; delegate work assignments, give authority to work independently, set expectations, and monitor delegated activities
● Strong sense of personal accountability - doing what we say we will do
● Ability to involve staff in planning, decision-making, facilitating, and process improvement; be available to staff; provide regular performance feedback; and develop subordinates’ skills and encourage growth
● Comprehensive knowledge of industry and industry-related trends and forecasts
● Ability to identify and resolve problems efficiently as well as skillfully gather and analyze information
● Speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations, demonstrate group presentation skills, and conduct productive meetings
● Ability to de-escalate difficult situations
● Ability to embrace and learn from failure
● Willingness to explore ways to improve and promote quality; demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness; and maintain compliance with legal and regulatory aspects
● Observe safety and security procedures and use equipment and materials properly.
● Ability to quickly switch focus from one task to another and work in a fast-paced setting
● Understanding of how to develop and implement business strategies through knowledge of company history, culture, identity and goals
● Past experience in car wash industry and maintaining car wash equipment a plus
