Responsibilities:
- Become a Product Expert: Develop in-depth knowledge of all lighting and home decor products to help customers make informed purchases
- Dedicated Customer Service: Skillfully manage multiple customers at once, ensuring each receives personalized attention and care
- Tech-Savvy Professional: Gain proficiency with our internal computer systems to streamline your workflow and enhance the customer experience
- Engage and Follow-up: Proactively reach out to clients and follow up on leads and quotes, maximizing opportunities to connect and build long lasting relationships
Qualifications:
- Sales Experience: Bring at least 2 years of sales experience to our team
- Lighting Expertise: Major plus if you are able to leverage your knowledge of the lighting industry
- Passion for Design: Ability to showcase passion and enthusiasm for interior design
- Strong Negotiation Skills: Utilize your skills to close sales and exceed expectations
- Detail Oriented: Ensure every aspect of your work reflects care and diligence
- Tech Savvy: Have a foundation in Word, excel and powerpoint
- Schedule: Weekends are mandatory
Pay: Salary base of 45k commission with an earning potential up to 100k
