Responsibilities
Responsibilities and Duties
- Selling and promoting wellness programs/memberships
- Develop long-term relationships with our clients
- Inform all clients about the benefits of the Elements Massage Wellness Program, a no hassle membership plan
- Follow our proven sales process to enroll clients into the Elements Wellness Program
- Be the first and final face of hospitality, whether on the phone or in the studio

- Implement internal and external promotion/marketing efforts to increase awareness and demand
- Become intimately familiar with services and modalities offered to effectively communicate with the client to better assist with customizing their massage experience

- Maintain our Client Leads Roster to generate appointments through phone calls, messaging service, promotions, and walk-ins which in-turns creates membership opportunities
- Emphasis on member retention
- Maintain studio’s visual appearance and high standards
Qualifications and Skills
- Driven, self-starter with an assertive yet professional personality
- Goal-oriented and committed to exceeding individual and organizational goals
- Able to think quickly on the fly and resolve issues within your scope of responsibility
- Prior retail sales experience required; selling memberships or services in-person to potential clients
- Customer Service in a spa-like or similar environment is preferred; catering experiences that distinguish their value with attention, hospitality, and execution
- Experience with MindBody point of sales systems is a plus
- Must have excellent communication skills and available to work a varied schedule to include evenings and weekends
- Driven to create the best environment and experiences for the client
- Familiarity with modern office tools and systems
