Elements of Motivation is seeking a QMHA/QBA currently credentialed/enrolled with Nevada Medicaid to provide Psychosocial Rehabilitation and Basic Skills Training services for our clients in the Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, and Henderson communities. Services will mostly be provided in the private homes of clients or in a public location. Experience working with child welfare system a plus, not necessary- will train if needed.

Elements of Motivation is comprised of Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselors, dually Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselors, Licensed Interns, and Rehabilitative Mental Health (RMH) providers. - Hourly pay $20/hour BST and $25/hour PSR

Job Duties:
Provide Psychosocial Rehabilitation and Basic Skills Training to reduce psycho-social dysfunction (i.e. interpersonal, cognitive, behavioral development, etc.) and restore recipients to their highest level of functioning. PSR and BST services target psychological functioning and development of basic life skills within a variety of social settings.
PSR services may include any combination of the following interventions: behavior management, social competency, problem identification and resolution, effective communication, moral reasoning, identity and emotional intimacy, self-sufficiency, life goals, and/or sense of humor.
BST services may include any combination of the following interventions: basic living and self care skills, effective communication, organization and time management, parental training, social skills, transitional living skills
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide medically necessary services to recipients in the community
- Provide services for children - must have after school and weekend availability
- Adhere to the regulations prescribed in Medicaid Chapter 400
- Provide only those services within your scope of practice and expertise;
- Ensure care coordination to recipients with higher intensity of needs;
- Comply with recipient confidentiality laws and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA);
- Maintain required records and documentation including daily Progress Notes and Initial and 90 day review Rehabilitation Plans
- Adhere to company Policies and Procedures, including weekly completion of documentation and billing submissions
