What are the responsibilities and job description for the Psychosocial Rehabilitation Specialist - PSR (Bi-Lingual a plus) position at Elevating to New Heights, LLC?
**** DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ****
PSR Service Providers may provide any combination of the following interventions: Behavior management, Social competency, Problem identification and resolution, Effective communication, Moral reasoning, Self-sufficiency, Life goals, and or Sense of humor
Provide clients with the maximum amount of hourly services per week as authorized by Nevada Medicaid. Contractors will comply with Nevada Medicaid requirements per Chapter 400 prior to case assignment.
Crisis management, and work with other county agencies to meet client needs. Contractors must report to the executive director as soon as possible all incidents that have occurred with regards to the client.
Participation in treatment team and professional meetings as well as strategic support consultation services providing therapeutic team members with education and information on Clinical Mental Health Services.
Interaction with family /the client’s preferred social support system to facilitate client success.
Assist in the coordination of transportation to physicians, medical screenings, and community events which provide socialization opportunities, medication management and time management education interventions, etc. to meet treatment plan goals, as needed.
**** MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS ****
Licensure as a RN in the State of Nevada or holds a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in a human, social services or behavioral field with additional understanding of RMH treatment services and case file documentation requirements;
or
Holds an Associate’s Degree from an accredited college or university in a human, social services or behavioral field with additional understanding of RMH treatment services, and case file documentation and has four years of relevant professional experience of providing direct services to individuals with mental health disorders; or An equivalent combination of education and experience as listed in 403.3.A.1-2 above; and Whose education and experience demonstrate the competency under clinical supervision to: a) Direct and provide professional therapeutic interventions within the scope of their practice and limits of their expertise; b) Identify presenting problem(s); c) Participate in Treatment Plan development and implementation;

Professional license or qualifying degree (official transcript required)
Relevant work experience or resume, if applicable
Documentation showing that the provider completed the initial 16-hour competency and in- services training program as described in Nevada Medicaid Services Manual (MSM) Chapter 400, Section 403.6A.1b
Verification of completion of Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) criminal background check
National Provider Identifier (NPI) validation: Printed page from the NPPES NPI Registry displaying the provider’s NPI or a printed copy of the email confirmation showing the provider’s NPI
