Join Our Dynamic Team as a Quality Assurance Director at Elemet Manufacturing!

As our new Quality Assurance Director, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our output meets the highest standards. Oversee our Quality Management System (QMS) and nurture a culture of excellence in our Quality Assurance Department.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and accountability for the Quality Assurance team.
• Continuously refine and develop our Quality Management System, aligning with ISO 9001 and other regulatory requirements.
• Create and fulfill quality strategies, ensuring alignment with business KPIs.
• Conduct and monitor audit programs, fostering connections with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Champion supplier quality through strict adherence to certifying standards and proactive inspections.
• Maintain calibration and test processes to ensure tool and equipment compliance.
• Engage in robust root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives, collaborating to resolve issues effectively.
• Exciting aspects include budget management for quality projects and taking charge in MRB activities.

Essential Qualifications

• Preferably a 4-year degree in related fields such as Business Management or Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years in a quality management position.
• Experienced with ISO 9001 certification processes.

Core Competencies

• Skilled in MS Office and data retrieval software.
• Trained in root cause analysis and ISO principles.
• Expertise in metrology program management.
• Practical knowledge of Coordinate Measuring Machines and PFMEA.
