What are the responsibilities and job description for the Exhibit Manager position at Elephant Family USA?
Exhibition Manager Job Summary:
The Great Elephant Migration (GEM) is a global fundraising endeavor looking to amplify indigenous ideologies and inspire the human race to coexist. As a collaboration between indigenous artisans, contemporary artists, and cultural institutions, one hundred magnificent Asian elephants are migrating across the United States to raise millions of dollars for coexistence projects, while spreading awareness about the indigenous communities that live peacefully alongside this species.
In April of 2025, the herd is migrating to Houston Texas where they will reside in the Hermann Park Conservancy for a month-long exhibit. During their migration, twenty-three nonprofits will benefit from elephant sculpture sales—with GEM's headline partners being Coexistence Consortium, Lion Guardians, and Indigenous Led.
The GEM team is looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join the herd as an Exhibition manager for our Houston Texas stop.
