Business Change Manager
Location: Grand Prairie, TX; Indianapolis, IN; Mason, OH; Tampa, FL; Norfolk, VA (preferred). Alternate locations may be considered. This position will work in a hybrid model (remote and office). The ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of one of our Elevance Health PulsePoint locations.
The Business Change Manager is responsible for working with management to identify and implement varied projects, programs and plans that support achievement of business unit and enterprise goals.
How You Will Make an Impact:
- Identifies potential issues, project charge, and scope.
- Identifies impacted parties, business partners, and resources
- Leading various projects that support the Medicare Risk & Recovery Revenue Management - Data Ops team.
- Develops and designs processes and systems that support business needs.
- Designs methods for integrating function and process.
- Conducts cost/benefit analyses.
- Builds support for business change throughout the business unit.
Minimum Requirements:
- Requires a BA/BS in a related field and a minimum of 5 years process or project-related experience; or any combination of education and experience that would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities & Experiences:
- Experience in successfully developing and managing projects with a fairly significant operating budget and knowledge of process redesign is strongly preferred.
- Certified Change Management Professional certification preferred.
- Knowledge of SAS and SQL.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Medicare risk adjustment experience highly preferred.
