Carelon Lead Generation Specialist

Alternate locations may be considered. This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). The ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of one of our PulsePoint locations.

The Carelon Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for prospecting new clients.

How you will make an impact:

  • Identifies, engages, and cultivates relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Deploys efficient processes and metrics.
  • Drives initiatives to create and nurture high-quality leads.
  • Reaches out to prospects via email, phone, and social media to initiate contact and set up discovery meetings.
  • Conducts thorough market research to identify new growth opportunities and target segments for lead generation.
  • Analyzes lead generation efforts and communicates results.
  • Produces regular reports on lead generation performance, insights, and recommendations for senior management. Works with internal partners cross-functionally to achieve business objectives and on new solutions, product launches, and unique selling propositions.
  • Uses core technology stack supporting lead generation, including lead generation products and relevant platforms.
  • Establishes and optimizes end-to-end lead generation processes to ensure seamless operations and high conversion rates.
  • Ensures all lead generation activities adhere to relevant regulations and best practices.

Minimum Requirements:

Requires a BA/BS in marketing, business administration, or a related field and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experience:

  • Proficiency in lead generation tools and client relationship management systems strongly preferred - Salesforce, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for example.
  • Experience with healthcare industry and health plan engagement is a plus.
  • Lead generation strategies and client engagement experience preferred.

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $96,000 to $172,800
