As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities through various channels. Your primary goal will be to build a strong pipeline of qualified leads and support the sales team in converting these leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target markets
- Utilize various tools and techniques to generate leads, including online research, social media, email campaigns, etc.
- Qualify leads based on specific criteria and ensure they meet the company's requirements
- Develop strategies for lead generation and conversion
- Track and report on lead generation metrics and performance
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in lead generation
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in lead generation or a similar role
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using lead generation tools and software (Google and social media adds)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
