Inside Sales Representative
Location: Downers Grove, IL
Pay: Up to $22 per hour commission monthly bonuses

We are expanding and looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Inside Sales Representatives!
Job Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers and potential clients over the phone to understand their needs and present our products and services.
- Generate new business through outbound calling and follow up on leads.
- Overcome objections by effectively communicating the benefits of our services.
- Close sales and meet or exceed performance targets.
- Maintain detailed records in our database and follow up with clients as needed.
- Work independently in a fast-paced environment while contributing to team goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience is required.
- Must have experience working on the phones.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual candidates (Spanish/Arabic) are a plus.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable.
- Full-time availability required.
