Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic sales and marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads through various outreach methods, including outbound calling and leveraging technology sales strategies. Your ability to communicate effectively and negotiate will be essential in driving our sales efforts and contributing to the overall growth of the company. This role will also play an intregal part in our seminar program, and will be expected to attend these events.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calling to prospective clients to generate leads and set appointments for the sales team.
- Utilize Salesforce and other software tools to track leads, manage customer interactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate with potential clients to understand their needs and present suitable solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective lead generation strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Continuously research market trends and identify new opportunities for lead generation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in inside sales or lead generation, preferably within the financial or insurance sectors.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to set appointments.
- Knowledge of financial concepts is a plus.
- A proactive attitude with a strong desire to achieve targets and contribute to team success.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Experience working in events and taking the lead on their execution is preferred.

Pay: $62,293.00 - $74,922.00 per year
