HR Services Coordinator
Location : This position will take part in Elevance Health's hybrid workforce strategy which includes virtual work and 1-2 days in office per week .
- The ideal candidate will live within 50 miles and a 1-hour commute to one of our Elevance Health major office (PulsePoint) locations. Elevance Health supports a hybrid workplace model with PulsePoint sites used for collaboration, community, and connection.
The HR Services Coordinator is responsible for processing and responding to associate and management inquiries regarding human resources benefit and payroll issues received by the HRSolutions Center (HRSC). This level is typically competent to answer and research more limited or basic types of questions.
How You Will Make an Impact
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to :
Receives incoming HRSC calls and emails and responds to inquiries regarding payroll and benefit issues, practices and policies and interprets same for associates and management.
Researches transaction and benefit and payroll issues, using a variety of databases and software.
Minimum Requirements :
Requires a HS diploma and a minimum of 2 years customer service experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences :
Bilingual English / Spanish strongly preferred.
HR Service Now / Chat experience preferred.
