Position Overview
We are seeking a talented Site Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for supervising contract associates, addressing attendance and performance issues, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Accountabilities:
- Supervise contract associates and ensure they meet performance expectations.
- Liaise with the client company and Nesco branch office to coordinate openings, applicants, and associate assignments.
- Conduct orientations for new associates and provide ongoing training and support.
- Monitor safety and associate performance through regular walk-throughs and client safety meetings.
- Manage associate attendance and attrition, and maintain accurate records.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets and other reporting as required by the client.
- Make recommendations for program improvements and issue resolution.
