Location: This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). The ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of one of our Elevance Health PulsePoint locations.

The Strategy & Program Development Director is responsible for responsible for coordinating the relationship and performance of a business unit with internal partners to ensure growth and compliance.

How you will make an impact:

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

• This position will be responsible for day-to-day Star performance, quality improvement and oversight of our Medicare contracts, as well as the achievement of KPIs across operational plans for key growth partners and measure owners.
• Facilitate key governance functions within Star.
• Act as the day-to-day liaison for all Star reporting and analytics.
• Will play a critical role in annual planning and routine portfolio reviews.
• Monitors related legislation and advises senior management relative to compliance.
• Researches new ventures and prospective revenue expansion opportunities.
• Assists in creating company's business unit strategic and annual plans.
• Travels to worksite and other locations as necessary.

Minimum Requirements:

Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years of related experience including 5 years of leadership experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

• Knowledge and experience in the products and services of the respective industry strongly preferred.
• MBA preferred.

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $132,400 to $198,600.
