Elevance Health is looking for a Recruiter (Strategic Sourcing Analyst) support Direct Sourcing for contract and contract to hire candidates for our Contingent Labor Program office. This will be an opportunity to be a part of a growing team that is leading an up and coming industry trend for contingent labor!
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Rapidly discern key knowledge, skill, and ability requirements on Elevance Health contract requisitions to build a pipeline of high quality candidates.
- Support confirming candidate interviews, posting requisitions, candidate re-deployment, candidate engagement, and other tactical responsibilities.
- Support the enhancement of best-in-class curation processes for various categories including Business Professional, Accounting/ Finance, Marketing/ Creative, Healthcare, Admin/ Clerical, IT/ Digital, and Gig.
- Relationship builder
- Follow all steps outlined in the Elevance Health Supplier Manual
Requirements:
Requires a BA/BS: 0-3 years relevant experience; at least 1 summer or semester internship or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Preferred experience working within a Vendor Management System such as Fieldglass.
- Ability to learn new systems and ramp up quickly
- Contingent Labor / Managed Service Provider Experience either from Buyer side or Supplier side preferred
- Prior experience working for and/or interfacing with Fortune 500 companies.
- Team player, flexible, accountable
Additional Details:
- Hybrid position. We typically come into the office once a week.
- Work hours: Normal business hours
- This is a possible contract to hire position
- Targeting a candidate in the Indianapolis, IN area.
