Location : This position will work a hybrid model (1-2 days / week in office). The ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of one of our Elevance Health PulsePoint locations.
The Talent Program Director is responsible for identifying and supporting talent processes and development opportunities to engage and retain executive and other strategic associate groups.
How you will make an impact :
- Leads the identification and implementation of talent and development strategies that supply the organization with trained leaders.
- Acts as strategic partner with the business clients to support talent processes and assist in the talent development strategies.
- Consults with management regarding the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of talent development initiatives.
- Ensures that all processes are aligned with business plans and strategies.
