ELEVARIS / SPECTRA MEDICAL DEVICES IS SEEKING A CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMIN FOR A 1224 WEEK TEMP ASSIGNMENT
JOB TITLE :
Customer Service Admin (TEMPORARY)
REPORTS TO : Manager Customer Service
POSITION DETAILS : 40 HRS / WK for 1224 WEEKS
POSITION SUMMARY :
The desired candidate will have prior customer account management customer service and inside sales experience with excellent attention to detail. This individual will require solid organizational and interpersonal skills together with the ability to meet company deadlines in a timely manner. Specific experience and responsibilities will include but not limited to : assisting our customer service team with order entry open order reports customer inquiries and contract reviews and offline shipments.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Verifying customer pricing and delivery dates
- Entering customer purchase orders into NetSuite
- Handle incoming calls to Customer Service
- Responsible for sending order acknowledgments in a timely manner to customers
- Communicating with customers regarding delivery status
- Escalate customer issues as needed to Customer Service Manager.
- Support and assist the sales team with inventory and sample order requests
- Responsible for working closely with Purchasing and Planning to ensure accurate and timely delivery of information to customers
- Ability to track previously delivered orders and provide customers with Proof of Delivery
- Ability to interface and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization in a positive and professional manner
- Responsible for ensuring order completion
- Provide customers with shipping documentation
- Support Company revenue goals
- Support customer service team with administrative tasks
- Other tasks as needed
