Job Details:
Elevate and Evolve Wellness Center LLC is hiring a Family Empowerment Worker to join our team. As a Parent Coach, you will work collaboratively with families to identify areas for growth and develop practical solutions to overcome challenges. Your focus will be on maintaining children safely at home and supporting parents in managing their at-risk youth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide in-home and community-based support to families to address mental health and behavioral challenges.
- Develop and implement personalized coaching plans to support parents in addressing specific needs of their child.
- Collaborate with guardians to develop effective parenting strategies and provide guidance on supervision, hygiene, discipline, and housing.
- Support families in accessing educational, state, and community resources.
- Document services rendered in the youth's chart and consult with staff to address service needs.
- Participate in Child and Family team meetings when scheduled.
Requirements:
- Licensed Social Worker (LSW)
- Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC)
- Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (LAMFT)
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
