Position: Shipping Technician

Job: Our Shipping Technicians work with the Shipping/Transport team to coordinate orders for delivery while ensuring accuracy from fulfillment, state transportation manifests, and compliance labels.

Will train engaged and dedicated candidates. Resume required

Shift: Monday - Friday 6am - 3pm

2 15 minute breaks, 1 hour lunch.

Pay: 17 hourly paid bi-weekly

Duties and Responsibilities:

-Proper and accurate storage of final packaged cannabis products

-Lifting up to 50 pounds

-Checks manifest for product transportation. Cross referencing invoices. Attention to detail.

-Ensures proper compliance labeling for packages for shipment

-Fronts and faces product on shelves

-Stocks products on shelves, which requires bending the body downward at the waist, ascending and descending a step stool, and lifting boxes up to forty pounds

-Remains upright on the feet, particularly for sustained periods of time, up to 88% of the working day

-Moves about on foot to accomplish tasks to meet time sensitive tasks

-Helps keep the Shipping Bay and transportation area clean and organized

-Works with leadership to understand company goals and procedures

-Other duties as assigned by management This is a full-time, Permanent position Elevate Cannabis.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:

-Is a customer service professional

-Must be organized and maintain a neat and clean work station

-Must have familiarity with grams vs ounces

-Must be able to perform simple math

-Must be willing to learn about new procedures and practices.

-Must be aware of and abide by all laws and compliance surrounding retail operations

-Experience in the use of cannabis and possess a willingness to learn strain genetics including their properties and effects

-Is familiar with Windows, Microsoft Office and Google Drive

-Must be detail oriented, being able to differentiate RFID tag numbers between products in inventory.

-Preferred Shipping/warehouse fulfillment experience.

-Must have 1 year of customer service experience

-Must be computer literate

-Must have reliable transportation to/from work

-All candidates should be over the age of 21.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
