Job Summary :
We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Director of Business Development to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies, building partnerships with hospitals and healthcare providers, and driving census development across our nursing home facilities.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute business development plans to increase admissions and grow census.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and other healthcare partners.
Identify new referral sources and opportunities for strategic partnerships.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategies.
Collaborate with facility administrators and marketing teams to implement effective outreach initiatives.
Track and report on business development efforts and outcomes.
Represent the nursing home group at industry events, conferences, and community outreach programs.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, preferably within the healthcare or long-term care sector.
Strong network of contacts within the Chicago healthcare community.
