Staffing Coordinator / Nursing Scheduler
Job Duties include :
- Must have recent experience as a Scheduler in a skilled healthcare facility
- Scheduling all shifts for both Nurses and CNAs
- Must be creative with completing the schedule and filling in all open shifts
- Must have excellent communication and customer service skills; close and constant communication with nursing staff and administration
- Keeping DON, ADON, and Administrator informed of staffing needs and scheduling difficulties
- Running weekly reports to ensure all clients are scheduled
- Handling special projects and other duties as assigned by DON / Administrator
