Duties
- Conduct inside sales by engaging with customers both in-person and over the phone to understand their needs.
- Provide product demonstrations that highlight the features and benefits of our offerings.
- Assist customers with lighting design and interior design projects, ensuring they receive the best solutions for their spaces.
- Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Utilize CAD software to create visual representations of designs for clients when necessary.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and products to effectively sell and advise customers.
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Experience
- Previous experience in inside sales or customer service is preferred.
- Familiarity with remodeling processes and interior design principles is a plus.
- Strong communication skills are essential for effectively conveying product information and understanding customer needs.
- Experience with cash handling is required.
- Proficiency in CAD software is desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided as needed.
- A passion for lighting design and an eye for detail will greatly enhance your success in this role.
